Automatic Genset Controller AGC-4 Mk II
The automatic genset controller AGC-4 Mk II can be used as a single genset controller.
In addition, multiple AGCs can be connected in a complete power management system for synchronizing projects, islanding or paralleling to a power source.
Ideally suited for mission-critical applications such as hospitals and data centers, the generator controller is capable of providing standby power in as little as 6 seconds.
Power management for up to 992 generator sets
Implementing the AGC-4 Mk II controller gives you a variety of options. With core power management, you can run up to 32 gensets.
If you need more than 32 gensets, Extended Power Management allows you to group generators and reach up to 32 mains or 32 groups and 992 gensets.

The automatic genset controller AGC-4 Mk II supports serial communication protocols including Modbus (RS-485. USB and TCP/IP) and Profibus.

You can decide how many additional gensets should be run for a given load.
This also benefits the environment because you don’t have to run all the gensets – you can define how many additional gensets should be run, even if the load is dynamic.
Unique rental genset applications
The controller has been designed with ease of operation in mind. The automatic genset controller AGC-4 Mk II features up to four parameter settings that can be switched with a single touch of the touch screen.
You can easily set and lock parameters to ensure that your rental equipment is fully protected.
The AGC-4 Mk II includes the unique EasyConnect feature, which means the controller can automatically detect and calibrate all gensets.
The AGC-4 Mk II makes transformer maintenance easier and more flexible with remote maintenance boxes and multiple gensets without jeopardizing the power supply.
When performing transformer maintenance, the AGC-4 Mk II allows you to run 32 gensets of different types and sizes in parallel through power management, allowing you to use smaller gensets.
For example, Tier 4/Stage V gensets can handle larger transformers because up to 32 gensets can be applied.
